An Atlanta developer is apparently purchasing the old 4-acre Brigham’s ice-cream factory site in Arlington.
The national developer, which has yet to file a plan, obviously has its eyes on either apartments or condos for the area.
Not to read too much into the move, but it’s obviously a good sign when a national housing player snaps up a piece of property here. They clearly have confidence in the prospects for a local housing and economic rebound.
